On Thursday 27th March 2025 we are hosting a 4 Hands Dinner with Paul Leonard in collaboration with Salon & Delamotte Champagne.
Paul Leonard of the 1 Michelin Star The Forest Side is a long-standing friend of our Chef Director Lorna McNee and Head Chef Chris McFadyen. The trio once worked together at Restaurant Andrew Fairlie and this collaboration is a long time coming.
The dinner will be hosted by Export Director Cristian Rimoldi, whose charm, knowledge, and passion has captivated guests at our previous Delamotte & Salon dinners.
The evening will consist of a welcome drink followed by four courses cooked by both Paul and Lorna.

Ticket price is £390 per person (inclusive of menu and Champagne pairing).
Arrival time is 7pm for Champagne and canapés.
We require a £100 deposit per person to secure the reservation which will be redeemed against the final bill.
