For lunch reservations we offer the choice of our lunch menu at £80 per person, or our 7-course tasting menu at £160 per person.

For dinner reservations Tuesday - Thursday we serve our 5-course tasting menu at £110 per person, or our 7-course tasting menu. On Friday & Saturday evenings we serve our 7-course tasting menu only.

Our menus celebrate the finest seasonal produce and local ingredients prepared with originality, respect, and a lightness of touch.

We work with a dedicated team of butchers, fishmongers, farmers, and foragers, highlighting the best British and Scottish produce available.

 

Our wine team are on hand to complete your experience, with wine pairing options available to complement our menu offerings.

The wineries on show in our wine list and pairings are a great reflection of what we stand for at Cail Bruich; they show love of their craft, true passion for the best quality produce which enables them to produce an outstanding final product, and are ambassadors for their region.

We can accommodate certain allergies and dietary requirements at the discretion of our team. Due to the nature of our offering we are unable to cater to dietary requirements on the day of booking so request that these are provided in advance when making your reservation.

When accommodating dietary restrictions we design our menu as close to that as originally intended. As such we may not be able to accommodate restrictions that require extensive changes.

We do not offer a vegan or dairy/lactose-free menu, and cannot accommodate FODMAP diets. If you have any other severe or restrictive dietary requirements please contact us directly and our reservations team will be able to discuss this with you.

We kindly ask that you visit us with trust in our team and as such we do not cater to dislikes.

Please note that we cannot accept dietary requirements for chef’s table experience reservations.
